Title Double Wrench

Description Double Wrench. Also called Monkey Wrench and many other names. There is a narrower version, but it is generally called Churn Dash.
The pink blocks are red and white gingham; the figured blocks are various cotton prints.

A much used pattern through out the U.S. The set often varied from alternate plain blocks to strips. The size of the block varied, but its proportion remained the same.

The quilting is done in Double Rows in the pieced block and diagonal grid (1")
in the setting blocks
